Recruited for attitude above anything else, our specialist brand ambassadors undergo a compulsory foundation training programme with the Channel Academy before they are deployed in the field; returning regularly to grow their soft skills, technical and product knowledge and brand advocacy, making our robust attitude to people quite unlike any other field agency.

What truly sets us apart is our team of retail advocates (also known as 'the channel management team') whose sole responsibility is to work directly with retailers: these essential resources operate at a senior level in stores, helping us to understand store strategies and, in return, offer valuable support and insights back to our channel partners; whilst powerful retail relationships enable us to provide tailored, strategic consultancy to all of our clients.
